摘要
介绍了MgF2晶体的主要物理性能。研究了它与其它碱土金属卤化物相比,更适合作为真空紫外窗口材料的理论依据。最后简要阐述了其用于整管制作时的洁净工艺。
The principal physical properties of MgF2 crystal are presented. Theoretical evideuce for why MgF2 is more suitable as a practical vacuum ultraviolet window material than alkali halide crystals is studied. In the end, the cleaning technology for photomultiplier tubes manufacture is described.
