摘要
本文简单介绍了家具产品组合的概念,提出了扩大产品组合、缩减产品组合、高档化与低档化、改良产品以及全球化产品等家具产品组合策略。同时分析了家具的市场需求情况、企业自身资源条件和竞争条件等因素对产品组合策略的影响,为企业如何调整产品之间的配合关系进行了探析。
This paper introduces the definition of furniture product-mix and some product-mix strategies, such as expansion and deletion of product-mix, product improvement and product globalization. The influence of the market, the resources and competitive situation of an enterprise on the product-mix and the way to the coordination of various products are also discussed in this paper.
