本文结合中国当代家具设计领域的现状与发展趋势,将功能主义设计思想应用其中。崇尚理性的设计理念,为大众服务的意识,正确认识技术的思想,“功能第一”的观点,确立了功能主义设计思想能作为中国当代家具设计的主流思想的观点。

The current situation and development trend of China contemporary furniture design are discussed in this paper to conclude that the design philosophy, including the rational design idea, consciousness of serving the mass, technological awareness and the functional priority, makes functionalism the mainstream design philosophy of China＇s contemporary furniture design.
