摘要
本文研究用CELP实现GSM话音半速率编码.着重讨论了快速自适应码本搜索法.该算法降低了计算量而未损害语音质量.计算机模拟的结果表明,本方案的编码速率为5.8~6.6kb/s,合成语音MOS分(主观平均分)不低于3.8分.
This paper is devoted to an investigation for the realization of GSM Half-Rate Coder with the CELP method. It is focused on the fast adaptive codebook search algorithm which is proposed by us. The computational complexity is reduced and no harm is introduced into the synthesis voice by this algorithm. The results of computer simulation show that the bit-rate of this coder version is 5. 8-6. 5kb/s and the MOS(mean opinion score)of the synthesis voice is not less than 3. 8.
