摘要
建立了离子对高效液相色谱法测定无味红霉素含量。采用C8(5μm,4.0mm×125mm)柱(Lichrospher),以含0.1%(V/V)三乙胺的10mmol/L十二烷基硫酸钠溶液(用磷酸调pH3.4)-乙睛(52:48),检测波长为205nm。线性范围992~4958u/ml,r=0.9998(n=5),回收率100.3%,日内平均RSD为0.6%(n=18),日间平均RSD为0.8%(n=9)。
An ion-pair HPLC method was established to determine erythromycinestolate- The liquid chromatograph is equipped with 205nm detector and a 4. 0mm × 125mmcolumn that contains 5 μm packing of Lichrospher C8. The mobile phase is 10mmol/Lsodium lauryl sulfate solution(adjusted with phosphoric acid to pH 3. 4) containing 0.1%(V/V) triethylamine-acetonitrile (52: 48). The linearity is good with r=0. 9998 (n=5) inthe range of 992~4958μg/ml, the recovery is 100. 3%. The RSD within day is 0. 6% (n=18), and the RSD between days is 0. 8% (n=9).
