炉渣吸附处理垃圾渗沥液的研究 被引量:5

摘要 以兰州市城市垃圾渗沥液为处理对象,对比炉渣与其它几种常用吸附剂对渗沥液的吸附效果。结果表明,炉渣是其中相对经济可行的吸附剂;考察了各种不同因素对炉渣去除垃圾渗沥液中TOC和色度的影响,得出其最佳应用条件为炉渣投加量300g/L、pH8.33(原液)、粒径0.10~0.25mm、处理时间35min,此时炉渣对渗沥液的TOC和色度的去除率分别达到54.13%和48.58%;炉渣对渗沥液色度的吸附动力学过程符合Elovich方程,吸附行为符合Freundlich吸附等温式。 Taking waste leachate in Lanzhou city as treatment object, absorption effects of slag and other common used absorbents to leachate were compared, the result showed that slag is relative economical feasible absorbent, influences of different factors to removing TOC and colourity in waste leachate using slag were checked, the best application conditions were achieved, or: input quantity 300 g/L, pH 8.33 (primary liquid) , particle size 0. 10 -0. 25 mm, treatment time 35 min. TOC and colourity removal rate reached 54. 13% , 45.58% respectively at above conditions. Absorption dynamics process of slag to leachate colourity accords with Elovich equation, absorption action accords with Freundlich absorption isothermality formula.
