摘要 学分制是以学分作为计量学生学习分量单位的一种教学管理制度。它按专业培养目标的要求,规定教学计划中各门课程的学分和学生在校学习期间必须获得的总学分。其特征是:注重学习内容的选择性,学习时限的灵活性,课程考查的变通性和培养过程的指导性。西南交通大学峨眉校区针对实施学分制后,在课程设置、学生选课、教学评估、班级管理中存在的问题,提出了相应的对策:压缩必修课的课时,增加学生自主学习的空间;鼓励有特长的教师开设专业选修课,对有创新改革的教师给予奖励;建立严格的选课审批程序,最大限度地减少学生因畏难而盲目选课的现象;准确提供选课学生名单,并采用签到或点名的方法进行约束;执行考教分离的制度。 The credit system is a teaching management system which records students' learning contents in terms of credit. According to the requirements of specialty training goals, the system specifies the number of credits of each course and the total credits a student has to acquire at college. Under this system, the learning contents are selective, period of learning and examination of course are flexible, and the process of training students is directive. In the process of carrying out this system, there arise some problems in such aspects as curriculum, course selection, teaching assessment, and class management. The paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures as follows: the period of compulsory courses should be shortened so as to increase free time for students' self-learning; teachers with special talent should be encouraged to set up selective courses and teachers conducting creative reform should be rewarded; strict procedure of examining and approving course selection should be formed so as to stop unreasonable course selection; students' name list should be offered to teachers so as to check students' class presence; and the teaching and examining should be separated.
