摘要
企业员工的创新能力对于企业的生存和发展具有重要的影响。国外研究发现:影响企业员工创新能力的因素可分为员工内部系统因素和外部系统因素;可以从员工的甄选与安置、创新训练,为员工创造一个支持性的组织环境等方面对员工进行创新能力的培养。在此基础上,我国应从系统的角度并结合我国文化特点,加强对企业员工创新能力影响因素的研究。此外,还应加强对企业员工的职位变化与创新性关系的研究。
The creativity of employees exercises an important influence upon the survival and development of a company. The overseas research finds that factors in employees' internal and external systems affect their creativity, and that the training in creativity can be carried out from such aspects as selecting and allocating employees as well as providing a supporting environment. On the basis of the review of progress, it is suggested that we should strengthen the study into the factors influencing employees' creativity in a systematical way and in combination with features of Chinese culture, as well as the study on the relationship between change of post and creativity.
