川芎嗪对环孢素A治疗的小肠移植大鼠肾脏的保护作用

Tetramethylpyrazine can Protect the Kidney of the Small Intestinal Transplanted Rat Which Having been Cured by CsA

目的研究川芎嗪对环孢素A治疗的小肠移植大鼠肾脏的保护作用。方法试验分两组,I组:Wistar→SD小肠移植+环孢素A;Ⅱ组:Wistar→SD小肠移植+环孢素A+川芎嗪;术后14天观察肾脏病理学改变并检测血清BUN、Cr。结果I组发生明显病理改变,Ⅱ组病理改变轻。I组BUN、Cr较II组明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论川芎嗪对环孢素A治疗的小肠移植大鼠的肾脏具有保护作用。

Objective To investigate the protect effect of tetramethylpyrazine on the kidney of the small intestinal transplanted rat which having been cured by CsA. Methods Rats are divided into two groups. Group Ⅰ： Wistar→SD Small intestinal transplantation ＋ CsA. Group Ⅱ ： Wistar→SD Small intestinal transplantation ＋ CsA ＋ tetramethylpyrazine. We investigated the pathologic changes of kidney at 14th day after operation and detect the BUN and Cr in the blood serum. Results Group Ⅰ had obvious pathologic change, Group Ⅱ changed little. The BUN and Cr in Group Ⅰ raised higher than in Group Ⅱ. It had statistic significances between the two grouPs （p〈 0.01） .Conclusion Tetramethylpyrazine can protect the kidney of the small intestinal transplanted rat which having been Cured by CsA.
