复合栓塞剂治疗巨大肝海绵状血管瘤的临床价值

The Clinic Value of Great Spongy Liver Angioma Treated with Compound Embolism

目的评价平阳霉素、碘油、地塞米松混合乳剂对巨大肝海绵状血管瘤介入肝动脉栓塞的疗效。方法通过对30例巨大肝海绵状血管瘤血管的栓塞治疗,观察其治疗前后的肿瘤大小变化、临床症状的缓解、生存时间、有无副作用。结果30例病人治疗后症状缓解,肿瘤明显缩小,无严重并发症,生活质量明显改善。结论复合栓塞剂治疗巨大肝海绵状血管瘤,疗效肯定,安全性好。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of pingyangnycin hydrochloride - dexamethasone - lipiodol emulsion embolization to treat the large cavernous hemangioma of threty. Materials and Methodsl 30 patients were embolized byintra - arterial pingyangmydn hydrochloride- dexamethasone- lipiodol, The change of tumor size were measured and compared before and after the embolization, The ,relative clinical symptoms, Time of alive and complications were observed. Results After all patients were treated, The tumor were smaller, The clinical symptoms were significantly released, No severe complications happened, The live quilty were improve patency. Conclusion This method is dffective and safe for treating the large cavernous hemangioma of liver.
