外伤性白内障人工晶体植入时机与后囊混浊发生的关系

The relationship between operating period in traumatic cataract extraction with intraocular lens implantation and posterior capsular opacity

对50例外伤性白内障人工晶体植入术随访观察，平均随访20．7月（8～46月），分组比较术后后囊混浊发生情况：儿童组与成人组发生率分别为77．78％和15．63％，二者有极显著差异。伤后4～14天手术组发生率低于其他时间组，与伤后15天～3月手术组比较有显著差异。结果表明：后囊混浊的发生与病人年龄和手术时期有关。简述了后囊混浊的病因和发病机制。

50 cases with traumatic catract treated by extracap sular cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation were reported. All cases were followed up from 8 to 46 months (average 20. 7 months). The complication of pos terior capsular opacity in difference groups were compared that in children group was at 77. 78% and at 15. 63% in adult group. There was significant difference between the children and adult groups (P<0. 001). As compared dif ferent operating period with postopetative posterior capsu lar opacity showed Group A (4 ~ 14 days) was at 23.81 %;Group B(15 days^3 months) was at 55. 56% and was at 36. 36% in Group C(more than 3 months).There was significant differenfce between Group A and B (P< 0. 05). The results showed that posterior capsular opacity was related to the age and the operating period.The causes and pathogensis of posterior capsular opacity were briefly discussed.
