摘要
应用MSC.Nastran软件,对煤矿用大采高液压支架结构,应用有限元分析的理论,进行了静强度分析。并根据计算结果,通过几种不同结构顶梁柱窝的局部细化分析,探索柱窝在试验样架中的开裂原因,对改进柱窝结构设计提供理论依据。
Applying the software of MSC. Nastran and the theory of finite element analysis, this paper performs a static intension analysis of the shield by the MSC. According to the analysis, through the local detailed analysis of several nest shields, this paper explores the crack reasons of the nest shield in test racks, providing some theoretical advice to improve the design of it.
