从《申报》的立宪舆论看清末民营报刊舆论的活跃

Lively Public Opinion about Constitution in Late Qing Private Newspapers——the Case of Shanghai Journal (Shen Bao)

清末立宪时期的《申报》作为一家民营报刊,同其他民营报刊一样,言论没有固步自封,而是对晚清的宪政进行了客观的评论,打开了国民的视野,取得了较好的舆论效应。文章从《申报》舆论的兴起?舆论的主要内容?舆论的特点等三方面进行了论述,试图折射出清末民营报刊舆论的活跃性,反映出当时民营报刊舆论的特点及舆论活跃的原因,以期对清末思想文化领域的研究有所裨益。

The Shanghai Journal （Shen Bao） was a privately operated newspaper in the late Qing Dynasty and, as other privately operated publications, its opinion was not conservative and complacent, but carried objective comments on late Qing constitutionalism, which broadened the public view and obtained good public opinion effects. This paper discusses the appearance, the main contents, and characteristics of the public opinion in the Shanghai Journal to explore the activeness, characteristics, and causes of the public opinion of the time and provides reference for studies of the Late Qing ideology and culture.
