摘要 采用含氟拒水拒油整理剂AG-7600,交联剂三聚氰胺甲醛对芳砜纶织物进行拒水拒油整理,经过试验,得到芳砜纶织物拒水拒油整理的最优工艺条件为AG-7600整理剂质量分数为6%、三聚氰胺甲醛交联剂质量分数为2%、焙烘温度为170℃、焙烘时间为1min,整理后织物获得良好的拒水拒油性能及耐久性. The Ploysulfonamide (PSA) fabric is finished by a water and oil repellent organic fluorine AG- 7600 and a cross-linking agent melamine formaldehyde resin. The optimized process conditions on water and oil repellent finishing of PSA fabric are obtained by experiments. It is found that the optimum concentration of AG- 7600 is 6%, the concentration of melamine formaldehyde resin is 2%, the curing temperature is 170℃, and the curing time is 1 min. After finishing, the water and oil repellent properties and also durability of PSA fabric are improved.
