Quantitative Analysis and Optimum Control of Risks in Supply Chain

摘要 从定量研究的角度出发,对供应链风险识别、控制与优化以及发展趋势作对比分析研究;结合企业营运管理的实际问题,提出基于数据仓库的风险预警、控制与决策优化模型,为风险预决策提供有效的量化分析依据. From the angle of quantitative analysis study, the recognition, analysis, control, optimization and development trend of supply chain risks are expounded. Having considered the needs of management of supply chain risks, a model of early warning, controlling and optimizing strategies is presented based on data warehouse, providing valuable quantitative management methods and system for risk forecast and decision-making.
