摘要
在研究氨纶纺丝原液流变性能的基础上,结合干法纺丝动力学模型,对氨纶丝条凝固成形过程进行计算机模拟,获得丝条沿纺丝线上的速度、温度与溶剂浓度等的分布规律,从而为优化纺丝工艺、提高干纺氨纶的质量提供理论依据.
Based on the rheological behavior of the spinning solution and the equations of the dry-spinning dynamics, the fiber-forming process of spandex is simulated by computer. The distributions of velocity, temperature and concentration of solvent on the filament along the spinning line are calculated. It provides the theoretical bases for optimizing the spinning conditions and improving the quality of the filaments.
