重油滞头原料的微生物除油工艺

摘要 采用除油细菌A-3对重油滞头原料进行纯种微生物精炼除油,主要探讨先增殖微生物后进行精炼除油的两步工艺、增殖微生物与精炼除油同步的一步工艺及精炼液重复利用工艺等对残油率的影响.结果表明,两步工艺中,微生物增殖和精炼除油的最适温度一致,均为40℃;一步工艺和两步工艺的残油率分别为0.56%和0.78%,一步工艺优于两步工艺;精炼液可直接重复用于精炼,含纯种除油细菌的精炼液和工厂腐化液重复用于精炼,所得残油率分别为0.58%和2.03%,纯种微生物精炼除油效果好于工厂腐化液. A Bacterium A - 3 is used to remove oil in the refining of heavy oil bisu. Some refining processes are compared in terms of the residual oil content, including two-stage process of microorganisms multiplication followed by refining, one-stage process of coupling microorganisms multiplication and refining of bisu, recycling of fermented liquid. Results show that 40℃ is suitable for microorganisms multiplication and refining in two-stage process, the residual oil content by one-stage process is lower than that by two-stage process, and the residual oil content is 0. 56% and 0. 78% respectively. The fermented liquid could be recycled. The fermented liquid inoculating pure bacteria is superior to natural fermented liquids. The residual oil content is 0. 58% and 2.03% respectively.
