摘要
工程的投标报价的是否恰当一方面直接影响到投标的商务得分,对工程的能否中标影响重大.另一方面体现了施工企业对工程的盈利能力的把握,反映出施工单位的经营管理水平的高低.本文阐述了工程投标过程中报价的一些分析方法及其具体运用.
An appropriate pricing, is not only an important element which affects the result of commercial proposal evaluation of bidding directly, but also a factor which stands for the bidder's ability of project management and profitability. Some analytic methods and relevant applications are expatiated in this paper.
