摘要
基于弹性介质的二维本构关系和一维热传导理论,采用ANSYS有限元分析软件,依据顺序耦合法,对双材料悬臂梁在热力耦合问题进行了有限元分析.获取了其位移和应力分布,验证了顺序耦合法求解热力耦合问题的有效性,并为双材料构件热力耦合问题的研究提供了分析实例.
Based on two-dimensional theory of constitutive relation and one-dimensional conductive heat transfer, finite element analysis of bi-material cantilever beam subjected to thermal and distributed load is performed with the finite element analysis software ANSYS and in the light of sequential coupling method. Its displacement and stress distribution are then obtained, which verify the validity of sequential coupling method for solving thermo-mechanical coupling problems and provide an analysis example for the thermo-mechanical coupling problems of bi-material components.
