摘要
针对不锈钢车体点焊结构的“点传力”特性,提出了位移主-从约束关系建模思想,并通过数值试验验证了采用位移主-从约束关系来模拟焊核比现有其它的模拟方法具有更高的精度.以城市轻轨动车组不锈钢点焊车体为应用对象,基于位移主-从约束关系建立了该车车体的有限元模型,计算结果与试验测试结果基本一致,证明了模型的正确性,为今后该类车型的设计与开发打下了良好的技术基础.
Aaccording to spot-welding carbody structure feature, master-slave displacement constrain modeling technology is employed to define the special node which is able to keep two nodes always have the same displacements such as spot nodes and rivets. Higher accuracy of the modeling technology than other methods is proved by numerical tests. Based on the modeling technology, amodel of city-car constructed with stainless steel and using spot-welding is created. Comparing the results between the finite element analysis and the measured results of corresponding physical prototype, it is clear that the aboye modeling method is very useful and practical.
