摘要
在现代高新技术中广泛应用的氧化镁晶体普遍采用电弧法熔炉冶炼,在冶炼过程中产生的烟尘必须进行除尘.论文设计了一个除尘器系统,主体采用新一代高效除尘设备——塑烧板除尘器,控制系统采用高性能PLC实现自动控制.该控制系统采用双机热备、通过RIO控制的结构,实现了对除尘器的合理完善控制.
MgO crystal is widely used in the modem high-teeh,and it is ordinarily melted by electric arc furnace. During the process of melting, the dust will produce, so a system must be designed to collect the dust. In the paper, a dust-collecting system is designed. The body of the system is made of a new generation high-efficiency powder collector named sinter-plate. The control system, which selects performance PLC to realize automate operation, has the structure of HSBY and RIO. The dust-filter system is controlled perfectly by using all the tehnologies.
