白细胞介素-10在慢性移植物抗宿主病中的作用

Effect of Interleukin-10 in the patients with chronic graft versus host disease

目的探讨白细胞介素-10(IL-10)血浆水平与慢性移植物抗宿主病(cGVHD)的关系。方法采用ELISA方法测定27例异基因骨髓移植后发生cGVHD的患者发病和之后不同时期及17例无移植并发症患者和18例健康人血浆IL-10水平。结果cGVHD患者IL-10水平明显低于无并发症患者和健康人(P<0.05),同时cGVHD患者治疗中IL-10血浆水平比治疗前、后水平明显升高(P<0.05)。结论IL-10血浆水平与cGVHD有关,其在cGVHD发展中可能起到抗cGVHD的作用。

Objective It is to explore the rclationship between thc plasma level of Interleukin- 10 （IL- 10） and chronic graft versus host disease （cGVHD）. Methods The level of IL- 10 was determined by ELISA method in 27 cases of patients with cGVHD in different stage after allogeneic bone marrow transplantation, and in 17 cases of patients without cGVHD and 18 cases of healthy people. Results The level of IL- 10 in patients with cGVHD was obviously lower than that in patients without cGVHD and healthy people （P 〈 0.05）, and the level during treatment course was significantly higher than that before and after treatment （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The plasma level of IL- 10 is associated with cGVHD, and it may play an anti-function in the development of cGVHD.
