灯盏花素治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效

Therapeutic effect of breviscapine injection on acute cerebral infarction

目的观察注射用灯盏花素治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法将152例急性脑梗死患者随机分为2组,治疗组采用灯盏花素50 mg+生理盐水500 mL静滴,对照组采用复方丹参注射液20 mL+生理盐水500 mL静滴,2组疗程均为15 d,其他治疗相同。结果治疗组总有效率94%,对照组总有效率76%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01);治疗后治疗组临床神经功能缺损评分和日常生活活动能力改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.001)。结论灯盏花素治疗急性脑梗死的疗效明显优于复方丹参注射液。

Objective It is to observe the clinical therapeutic effect of breviscapine injection on acute cerebral infarction （ACI）. Methods 152 patients with ACI were randomly divided into two groups. Treated group was daily given Breviscapine 50 mg plus normal saline 500 mL by intravenous drip. And Control Group was given Compound Danshen injection 20 mL plus normal saline 500 mL by intravenous drip everyday. Other treatment was similar between the two groups. Both the treatment courses were 15 days. Results The total effective rate was 94 % in treated group and 76 % in control group. Compared with each other, the difference was significant （P 〈 0.01 ）. The improvement of the clinic neurological function deficient score and activity of daily living in treated group was obviously better than that in control group （P 〈 0. 001）. Conclusion. Breviscapine injec6on is markedly superior to Compound Dan- shen injection in the treatment for ACI.
