喘敷灵敷贴对哮喘豚鼠肺组织一氧化氮和一氧化氮合酶浓度的影响

Effect of Chuanfuling on the concentration of nitric oxide and nitric oxide synthase in pulmonary tissue of cavia cobaya with asthma

目的观察喘敷灵敷贴对哮喘豚鼠肺组织中一氧化氮(NO)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)浓度的影响,探讨喘敷灵敷贴防治哮喘的机制。方法将40只健康豚鼠随机分为正常组、造模组、中药组、西药组,以卵蛋白致敏豚鼠并诱喘成功后,分别予喘敷灵穴位敷贴、西药酮替芬等不同治疗后,测定各组豚鼠肺组织中NO、NOS水平。结果造模组豚鼠肺组织中NO、NOS水平较正常组明显升高(P<0.01),中药组豚鼠肺组织NO、NOS水平较造模组明显降低。结论中药喘敷灵穴位敷贴可降低哮喘豚鼠肺组织NO、NOS水平,对哮喘有一定的防治作用。

Objective It is to observe the influence of Chuanfuling （CFL） by topical administration on the concentration of nitric oxide （NO） and nitric oxide synthase （NOS） in pulmonary tissue of eavia eobaya with asthma,to explore its mechanism of prevention and curing for asthma. Methods 40 healthy cavia eobaya were randomly divided into 4 groups： normal group, model group, traditional Chinese medicine group, western medicine group. After sensitization by injecting ovum albumin and inducing asthma successfully, different preventive and eurial treatment such as Chuanfuling （CFL） by topical administration and Ketotifen was given to them. Then the levels of NO and NOS in pulmonary tissue were determined in every group. Resuits The concentrations of serum NO and NOS in model group were significantly higher than those in normal control group （P〈0.01）. The levels of NO and NOS in CFL group were obviously lower than that in model group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion CFL by topical administration can decrease the concentration of NO and NOS in pulmonary tissue in cavia cobaya with asthma, so it has a preventing and curing function on asthma.
