加压泵供暖对其他热用户水力干扰的敏感性分析

摘要 通过对供热管网的理论分析,推导出水力失调后管网作用压差的计算公式。该公式以相对流量比和相对水力失调度为特征参数。通过实例计算分析,得出加压泵供热用户干扰其他热用户水力工况的因素。加压泵热用户水力失调是导致其他用户水力工况、热力工况恶化的根本原因;在水力失调度相同的条件下,加压泵供热用户影响其他热用户水力工况的严重程度是不同的,它与管网各用户和加压泵热用户的相对流量比大小有关,加压泵热用户相对水力失调度的大小有关,加压泵热用户和其他热用户的相对位置以及管网资用压差的大小等有关。 Based on theoretical analysis, this paper cheduces computing formula of pipe network acting pressure difference. This formula based on the character parameter of relative flow ratio and relative hydraulic disturbance degree. According to the calculate of example, we point out the elements that the hydraulic condition booster heating user disturb other users'. Hydraulic disturbance of booster heating user is the basic reason of disturbance of hydraulic condition and heat condition of other users. But under the same degree of hydraulic disturbance, the degree that booster heating affects to other users is different. The influence degree is related with the relative flow ratio of other users and booster heating user, the relative hydraulic disturbance degree of booster heating user , the relative position of booster heating user and other user and the available pressure difference of pipe network.
