摘要
针对一种薄膜切削温度传感器建立了新的一维非稳态热传导的模型,通过理论计算,得出传感器的动态响应特性τ=1.199 m s;对薄膜热电偶传感器进行动态标定试验,得出热电偶传感器的时间常数为τ=0.8 m s,证明了该热传导模型的正确性,为薄膜热电偶的进一步研究提供了理论依据.
A model of one-dimension instability-heat-transfer is constructed for using in simulation of a new type of thin-film thermocouples, and the dynamic characteristic of the thin-film thermocouples is calculated with the result of τ = 1. 199 ms. The correctness of mathematical model is proved by comparing the result to the experimental data.
