摘要
对反激变压器在车用高强度放电(HID)电子镇流器中的工作情况进行了分析。在此基础上提供了一种有效的变压器设计方法,对选择磁芯及设计线圈、气隙等各个环节都进行了详细的说明。实验结果表明,采用这种设计方法不仅可以保证变压器满足工作要求,还可以实现较高的电路转换效率。
The working situation of the flyback transformer in automotive HID electronic ballast was analyzed. Based on the analysis, a practical design method was presented to achieve the appropriate parameters of the flyback transformer. The selection of magnetic core as well as the design of turns, air gap and winding was discussed in detail. The experimental result is given and has proved the design is correct.
