摘要
针对传统专家系统在处理故障诊断中的不足,提出了将神经网络技术与专家系统融合的诊断模型,并用于数控机床的故障诊断中。介绍了诊断系统结构、功能及改进的BP神经网络算法,并给出了应用实例。试验结果表明,该方案合理、可行,有较好的应用前景。
In the light of the shortcomings of traditional expert system on fault diagnosis, a model for fault diagnosis expert system based on neural network was proposed, it was applied to diagnosis of CNC machine. The system structure, function and improved BP neural network algorithm were introduced, and the application example was given. The result of experiment shows that project is reasonable and feasible, it has better applied prospects.
