燃烧器二次风调整对锅炉安全与经济性的影响

摘要 在相同负荷下,锅炉燃烧器辅助风、燃料风、燃尽风风门的不同开度对锅炉的排烟温度、飞灰可燃物含量以及主、再热汽温等主要参数均有不同程度的影响。由于嵩屿电厂2台锅炉的燃烧器已修改过多次,且近来煤质成分变化很大,故有必要针对不同负荷、不同煤质,对燃烧进行重新调整。介绍了燃烧器二次风的调整情况,并分析了燃料风及辅助风配风方式对燃烧的影响。 Under the condition of boiler load kept constant, variations in port opening of combustor' s auxiliary air as well as of the fuel firing air and of the bum out air, all have effects of different significance on the main parameters like the boiler's exhaust gas temperature, the combustible content in the ash and the temperature of the ash as well as of the reheated steam. Because the combustor has been reconstructed for quite a few times, and also because coal quality of late has changed a lot, it is imperative that combustion should be readjusted to accommodate varying load and coal quality conditions. An introduction is being presented to the adjustment of combustor's secondary air while influences of fuel firing air's and auxiliary air's distribution way on combustion analyzed.
