精轧机前高压水除鳞系统控制技术研究与应用

Research on and Application of the Control System for before-Finishing Mill High-pressure Water Descaling Unit

型钢厂中型线的H型钢经粗轧后，直接进入精轧机组，造成表面部分二次氧化铁皮压入，影响了钢材的外观形象。通过对工艺、设备及控制等方面的研究，在精轧机组前增设了一套高压水除鳞系统，针对该除鳞系统的控制特点进行了研究与应用。

H-section steel in the Section Steel Plant , rough rolled, directly enters the finishing mill train, causing some parts in the surface pressed in by reoxidation rolling scale, influencing the appearance of the steel. Based on researches in aspects like process, equipment and control, a set of high-pressure water scale-removing system was installed before the finishing mill train. This paper also discusses the control characteristics and its application of the scale-removing system.
