窒息新生儿β-内啡肽和细胞因子变化及意义 被引量：1

摘要 采用酶联免疫吸附法检测30例窒息新生儿(实验组)和30例新生儿肺炎、上呼吸道感染患儿(对照组)血清白介素2(IL-2)、可溶性白介素2受体(SIL-2R)、白介素6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、干扰素γ(IFN-γ)水平;同时采用放射免疫法检测两组患儿血浆β-内啡肤(β-EP)水平。结果提示窒息缺氧导致新生儿细胞因子紊乱,β-EP可能在细胞因子紊乱的过程中起一定作用。
