基于主成分分析法的广东省循环经济发展水平的评价研究

Comprehensive Evaluation of Circular Economic Development in Guangdong Province Based on the Empirical Analysis

根据循环经济发展的内涵、循环经济指标体系应遵循的基本原则,结合广东省循环经济发展现状,从资源减量投入、污染减排、资源循环利用、资源环境安全和经济发展等方面构建循环经济发展水平评价指标体系,并运用主成分分析方法对广东省循环经济发展水平进行了相关评价分析。结果表明,广东省循环经济发展一直处于上升的态势,但其发展滞后于社会经济发展水平。

In recent years, the short of energy, land and resources has brought enormous challenge to the development of Guangdong economy. And the circular economy has been an important way to realize sustainable development. It＇ s necessary for us to establish a system to evaluate the present situation in circular economy. According to the meaning of circular economy development, basic principles followed by index system and present situation of the circular economy development in Guangdong province, this article establishes an evaluation index system of five aspects as follows： both social and economic development＇ ,input reduction of resources usage, recycling and reuse of resources, pollution discharge reduction, safety of resources and environment. Based on the empirical analysis, this paper makes comprehensive evaluation of circle economy in Guangdong province. The result shows that the overall level of circle economy in Guangdong Province has been improved, but it falls behind the level of social and economic development.
