摘要
抗战时期,由于粮食需求的急剧增加,湖南省积极开展了粮食品种的改良与推广工作,并取得了显著成效,大幅度增加了湖南粮食的单位面积产量与总产量,为抗战提供了大量的军民用粮,同时也增强了国统区粮食管理的宏观调控能力,为坚持抗战做出了重大贡献。
During the anti-Japanese war period, because of the requirement of grain increased greatly, people in Hunan Province developed actively the work which improved and spread grain type and got striking achievement,which increased greatly the average output and the total output of Hunan Province. All of these provided a great amount of grain for the soldiers and common people during the anti-Japanese war, and meanwhile, increased the macro-control ability of grain management in the region dominated by the Kuomintang, which made vital contributions to insist anti-Japanese war.
