纯棉薄织物的低温免烫整理

DP finish of cotton fabric at low temperature

对纯棉薄织物低温免烫整理中的树脂、催化剂和添加剂用量,以及焙烘温度和时间等进行单因素试验;分析影响免烫整理效果的主要因素,得到其优化工艺条件:100 g/L WFR-3B,20 g/L C-2,40 g/L WFS-1,50 g/L WFE-1,1 g/L PA-2,125℃焙烘4 min。整理后织物的平整度DP可达3.5级,断裂拉伸强力保留率不低于60%,织物残留甲醛量<75 mg/kg。

A single factor expects were carried out for resin dosage, catalysts dosage, additives dosage, curing temperature and time etc. to find out the main factors affecting the results of durable press finish. The optimal process conditions were given as follows： resin WFR-3B 100 g/L, catalyst C-2 20 g/L, softener WFS-1 40 g/L, polyethylene emulsion WFE-I 50 g/L, penetrant PA-2 1 g/L, and curing 4 min at 125 ℃. After finishing, the smoothness of the fabric attained rate 3.5, tensile strength retention was not less than 60%, and residual formaldehyde on fabric was less than 75 mg/kg.
