粗集理论在水力机械故障诊断中的应用潜力分析

摘要 粗集理论是一种处理模糊性和不精确问题的新型数学工具,为分析和处理不完备信息提供了有力的分析手段。文中对近年来粗集理论在机械故障诊断应用方面作了介绍及评述,并将此方法推广到水力机械故障诊断方面,重点阐述了粗集理论与常见的数据挖掘、人工神经网络、支持向量机等软计算方法的融合,这将为解决水力机械故障诊断中的难题提供一种新的思路和方法。 Rough set theory is a mathematical tool to deal with illegibility and uncertain information. It supplies a forceful means to analyze and manage imperfect information. Recent application of the mathematical method based on rough set in mechanical fault diagnosis is introduced and expounded in this thesis, and extended the means to Hydropower Unit Mechanical Fault Diagnosis. Rough Set Theory and familiar data mining, the artificial' neural network and the support vector machines are stress expatiated. It will offer a new sort of thinking and means to settle the puzzle of hydropower unit mathematical fault diagnosis.
