建筑工程从规划设计、建筑设计、户型设计、建材采用,到功能和质量等方面要求越来越高,房地产开发企业要求工期短,投资效益好,必须从设计阶段、招标投标阶段、施工阶段、竣工结算阶段对工程造价进行控制,从组织、技术、经济、合同与信息等方面,挖掘潜力,降低成本,提高投资效益和社会效益。
The demands for construction from planning, architecture design, structure design, and material utilization to function and quality are enhanced. For the real estate enterprise, the first demands are both short construction period and best investment benefits. The enterprise should take the measures of cost control during the whole process, which would include dredging up the potential, lowering down the cost, enhancing the benefit etc.
