新型自酸蚀剂对托槽粘接强度影响的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨一种新型自酸蚀剂对托槽粘接强度的影响。方法收集人离体前磨牙60颗,随机分为两组,分别用自酸蚀粘接剂和京津釉质粘接剂粘接托槽,24 h后比较两组的抗剪切强度和粘接剂残留指数。结果两组的平均抗剪切强度无统计学意义,均在临床可接受范围之内。二组粘接剂残留指数比较显示自酸蚀粘接剂组在去除托槽后残留在牙面上粘接剂的量较少,相比有显著性差异。结论自酸蚀粘接剂的托槽粘接强度可以满足临床要求,且宜去除托槽而不损伤牙釉质。 Objective To investigate the shear bond strengh of self-etching agent on orthodontic brackets. Methods Sixty human extracted premolars were randomly divided into 2 groups, 30 teeth in each group: brackets were bonded respectively with self-etching primer+ TransbondTM or Jingjin enamel adhesive agent. The shear bond strength and the adhesive remnant index(ARI) were determined 24 h after bonding. Results There was no statistically significant difference in the shear bond strength between the two groups( P 〉0.05) ; There was statistically significant difference in ARI between the two groups ( P 〈 0.01). Conclusion The shear bond strength of the self-etching agent is strong enough to meet the need of clinical applications. Brackets could be removed easily without enamel injury.
