丹参、甘西鼠尾、荫生鼠尾种子的扫描电镜鉴别

IDENTIFICATION OF SALVIA MILTIORRHIZA BGE.,SALVLA PRZEWALSKII MAXIM AND SALVIA UMBRATICA HANCE SEEDS BY SEM

目的鉴别丹参、甘西鼠尾、荫生鼠尾种子。方法采用扫描电镜观察三种种子的整体形态和种皮表面超微结构特征。结果种子之间在整体形态和种皮表面超微结构特征上都有明显差异。结论利用扫描电镜可以有效鉴别这三种种子。

Objective To identify seeds of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge., Salvia przewalskii Maxim, Salvia umbratica Hance. Methods To identify the holistic morphology and the surface ultrastructure characteristic of seeds by scanning electron microscope（SEM）. Results There were significant differences in the holistic morphology and the surface ultrastructure characteristic among the three species of seed. Conclusion The three species of seed can be identified effectively by SEM.
