包头市工业资源的生态开发利用与持续发展

THE ECOLOGICAL EXPLOITATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE INDUSTRIAL RESOURCES IN BAOTOU CITY

本文从生态经济和持续发展的观点出发，论述了包头市工业资源的优势与劣势．指出发展的的根本出路在于对工业资源的生态开发和持续发展。对工业资源的生态开发利用首先围绕包头市主导产业群体进行。文章分别指出农产品加工业、能源工业、材料工业和机械工业的资源生态开发利用问题，并提出其共同的指导性措施。

According to the viewpoints of ecological economy and sustainable development, the general characteristics of the industrial resources in Baotou City are expounded. The resources here are abundant, industry is in a large scale but with the low economic benefits caused by the inadequate utilization of resources, and the environment is destroyed and polluted. In addition, there are some other problems, such as the old cquipments, poor ability for exploiting resources and low utilizing rate of equipments. The fundamental way for sloving these problems lies in the ecological exploitation and sustainable development of industrial resources. The ecological expolitation of industrial resources should be undertaken around the leading industrial group at first. The leading industrial group of Baotou City should be mainly composed by the metallurgical industry, machine building, power industry as well as food industry, chemical industry, leather and fur industries. The ecological exploitations on the resources of processing industry of farm produce, energy industry, material industry,and machine building are discussed separately. Some guiding measures including to imprpve technology, to establish a rational industrial structure chain and resources chain, and so on are presented.
