摘要
提出声发射检测技术在某型导弹的球形补压气瓶检测中的应用,找出传感器的安装布局和定位声发射源的算法,采用参数分析的方法对产品在变形损伤过程中的AE特征进行研究。结果表明,通过记录声发射特征参数可以有效地判断产品的内部缺陷,论证了用声发射检测气瓶在技术上的可能性和有效性。
This paper give the application of acoustic emission testing in the round makeup-press bottle of a certain type missile, finding out how to fix the sensor and the arithmetic of locating the acoustic emission source. The traditional AE characteristic parameter analysis method has been used to study the damage process of the product. It has been indicated that from the study the AE behavior of the product, the inside disfigurement can be revealed. It has been proved by the result that the acoustic emission testing technique is more reliable and effective.
