According to the definition of weapon system operational effectiveness, this paper establishes the ADC analysis model of air defense missile combat effectiveness, takes a certain air defense missile as an example and carries on the mathematics emulation and validation, analyzes and advances the main infection factors of the combat effectiveness of the air defense missile against cruise missile, brings forward the resolution and suggestion of combating with the cruise missile based on the results, and can provide the quantitative references for the training and operation of air defense missile unit.
