摘要
采用射频放电是全反射棱镜式激光陀螺(TRPLG)的独特之处。文中从高频电磁场内电子的运动学性质出发,得出射频频率的变化对谐振腔增益管内部阻抗的影响,及其与等离子体能量的关系。通过实验找出了最佳射频频率。这对于TRP激光陀螺高频板的设计具有重要的参考价值。
Adopting the radio frequency discharge is particular to the total reflection prism laser gyro (TRPLG). This text sets out from kinetics property of the electronics inside the high frequency electromagnetism field, getting the influence of the radio frequency to inner resistance of cavity resonance and the relation with ion energy. It also obtains the best RF through experiment which has important reference value to the design of high frequency oscillate (HFO).
