愈伤组织切割法快速繁殖安祖花研究

摘要 研究了安祖花茎尖于MS+6-BA1.0mg/L+IBA0.1mg/L中诱导的愈伤在不切割、切割成片状及糊状三种不同的方式下对其增重倍率、芽分化率的影响,同时研究了蔗糖和IBA浓度诱导芽生根的影响。结果表明:切割成片状的愈伤组织其增殖倍率、芽分化率明显优于其它两种方式;诱导出来的芽在1/2MS+IBA0.5mg/L中附加5%的蔗糖最有利于根的分化。 The increasing weightiness rates and bud differentiation rates were studied by cutting the Anthuium andraeanum callus. It was cut in three ways: uncut,cut into pieces and cut into mince on media MS+6-BA1.0mg/L+IBA0.1mg/L. The results showed that cutting the callus into pieces was much better than the other ways. And the effort for roots differentiation by different content of IBA and sucrose were also researched. The best medium for roots differentiation is 1/2MS+IBA0. 5mg/L,adding 5%sucrose.
