摘要
近年来,居住区日照采光问题引发诸多争议,成为一个令政府管理部门、规划设计工作者、居民及房地产商都备感困惑的难题。解决居住区的日照采光问题,需统一国家规范和标准,制定适宜的地方详细技术规定,增强各类标准与规范的科学性、合理性和可操作性。
In recent years, there is a lot of controversy conceming sunlight in residential areas. This subject has become a dilemma for management section, planners, dwellers, and developers. To solve this problem, we should unify national code, establish suitable local technical regulations, and make various codes and standards more scientific, reasonable, and feasible.
