摘要
用共沉淀法合成了球形Ni0.8Co0.2(OH)2,然后将其与LiOH·H2O混合后在不同高温合成条件下制得LiNi0.8Co0.2O2。系统地研究了保温时间、Li/(Ni+Co)配比、焙烧温度对合成的Li-Ni0.8Co0.2O2材料的电化学性能的影响。电化学充放电循环测试结果表明:在优化条件下制得的LiNi0.8Co0.2O2材料表现出优良的电化学性能,其首次充电容量达到219.3mAh/g,首次放电容量达到195.4mAh/g,首次充放电效率89.1%,循环20次后放电容量仍能保持在185mAh/g。
The orbicular Ni0.8Co0.2(OH)2 was synthesized by co-precipitation method. The LiNi0.8Co0.2O2 was obtained by mixing Ni0.8Co0.2 (OH)2 with LiOH · H2O and calcinating them at different sintering temperature. The effects of the sintering time, molar ratio of Li/(Ni + Co), sintering temperature on the performance of LiNi0.8Co0.2O2 were studied in this paper. The experimental results showed that the LiNi0.8Co0.2O2 obtained at optimized condition indicated excellent performance. And its first charge and discharge capacity were of 219. 3mAh/g and 195.4 mAh/g respectively. The charge/discharge efficiency was of 89. 1%. After 20 cycles, its discharge capacity was 185 mAh/g.
