摘要
多孔硅作为一种具有特殊功能的结构材料,在燃料电池特别是微型燃料电池中,可用作扩散层、质子交换层和重整器等构件。介绍了应用于微型燃料电池的多孔硅的结构特点及其制备方法,综述了多孔硅在微型燃料电池领域中的应用研究进展。
As a structural material with especial function, porous silicon can be used as diffusionlayer, proton - exchange membrane and reformer units in fuel cell especially in micro fuel cell. The structure characteristic and the preparation methods of porous silicon used in micro fuel cell were briefly introduced. The research progress on application of porous silicon in micro fuel cell area were discussed.
