随着网络和信息技术的飞速发展,人们对知识和信息的需求也趋向多元化、综合化,利用网络开展信息交流与服务已成为当今社会的趋势。信息资源建设成为数字图书馆建设的核心任务和国民经济发展的要务,它的研究与建设水平将直接关系到图书馆在未来信息时代的地位和作用。信息资源建设中的数字图书馆与传统图书馆的关系、数字图书馆概述、数字图书馆信息资源建设策略这三方面在数字图书馆建设中有重要作用。

With the development of Intemet and information technology, more and more online service has been applied in many businesses. Construction of information resources not only becomes the key work of digital library, but also the important task of economic development. The level of construction after the digital information resources decides the place of library in our country in information times. This paper includes three parts： The relationship of digital library and traditional library; the summary of digital library; the strategy of resource construction.
