畲族民间验方消积汤治疗小儿厌食症196例疗效观察

目的:观察畲药消积汤治疗小儿厌食症的疗效。方法:按来院诊治顺序对确诊患儿按单双号分成治疗组和对照组,1疗程后开始记录症状改善状况。结果:治疗组196例,其中显效62例,有效119例,总有效率93%;对照组197例,其中显效37例,有效83例,总有效率61%。两组间差异有非常显著意义(P<0.01)。结论:畲药消积汤对小儿厌食症有很好的治疗作用,未发现毒副作用及不良反应。

Objective： To observe the curative effect of traditional She medicine Xiaoji decoction in treatment of anorexia in children.Methods：Patients were divided into the treatment group and the contrast group according to the administration order sorted as odd and even numbers. The ameliorative conditions were recorded after one period of treatment. Results： It showed remarkable significance （ P 〈 0.01 ） of difference between the two groups that the total efficiency rate was 93% in the treatment group（196 cases）with 62 cases remarkable and 119 cases effective,and the total efficiency rate was 61% in the contrast group（ 197 cases ）with 37 cases remarkable and 83 cases effective. Conclusion： Traditional She medicine decoction is effective in the treatment of anorexia in children with no side - effects and adverse reactions.
