摘要
自然条件、地质条件、人类经济活动是山地灾害发生及危害程度的主要制约因素。本文以炉城镇为例分析了山地灾害的影响因素。
Lucheng town is situated in the north slopes of Mt. Gongga where is the east margin of Qinghai Xizang plateau. Mountain hazards develop here and damage seriously Lucheng proper. Lucheng town was hit by mountain torrents, landslides, debris flows, collapses and rolling stones and suffered heavy losses during June and July 1995. Preventing and controlling mountain hazards are urgent matter. Control measures for mountain hazards are composed of two parts: engineering and none engineering measures.
