Development of an ultra-wide-band magic T using double ridged waveguide

摘要 优化设计并研制了由渐变双脊波导、匹配块、销钉等构成的双脊波导魔T,在18GHz~40GHz范围内实现了功率等分,E、H臂隔离度低于-30dB,驻波系数小于1.7,等分臂功率差值小于0.2dB。该超宽带双脊波导魔T具有用于雷达、电子对抗系统、超宽带接收系统等的实用价值,可促进整机小型化发展、提高系统性能。 A double ridged waveguide magic T consisting of double ridged waveguides, a matched block and a pin has been developed. Equal power division has been realized from 18GHz to 40GHz. The isolation between E-arm and H-arm is lower than 30dB. The VSWR is less than 1.7 and the power difference between two equal arms is less than 0. 2dB. The double ridged waveguide magic T can be applied in radar, electronic counterdevice, ultra-wideband receiving system, and so on. It can accelerate the miniaturization of the whole system and improve the system performance.
